Candlelight Night
Candlelight Night in Pittsford is traditionally held on the first Tuesday in December. The Pittsford merchants decorate with luminaries and offer holiday treats and special sales. Santa and his elves are on hand along with carolers to entertain. McCracken farms provide wagon rides. Main Street, Schoen Place and Northfield Commons all participate in this festive event.

Annual Seconds Sale
The Mostly Clay Seconds Sale is always held on the second Saturday of the second month (February) for the sale of seconds (Get it?? Second second for seconds!). Potters save their seconds all year for this sale. Some pieces may have glaze defects or they may just be items that the potters want to move along. We usually have discontinued Holly Yashi jewelry and other cool items in the sale.

Savvy shoppers arrive early but the sale is so huge that it lasts well over a month with
additional markdowns as the sale winds down.

Every fall, Mostly Clay hosts a Holly Yashi jewelry trunk show and sale. There is a drawing for free jewelry. We have a huge selection of jewelry on hand and everything is 20% off for one day only. Judy Doonan from Holly Yashi comes to demonstrate Holly Yashi's jewelry making technique and to provide expert consultation. The first 20 customers receive a free gift from Holly Yashi.
